Mansfield Baptist Church in Mansfield, GA Sends Kids to Centri-Kid Summer Camp 2026

MANSFIELD, Ga., June 23, 2026 –

This summer, Mansfield Baptist Church is sending kids from the Mansfield community to Centri-Kid Summer Camp, a five-day overnight camp experience built around biblical teaching, friendship, and fun. Camp runs July 13–17, 2026, at Brewton Parker College in Mt. Vernon, Georgia, and registration is currently open for children in 2nd-5th grade.

Local Kids Get a Week Away Built Around Faith

Centri-Kid is an overnight summer camp hosted by Lifeway, designed specifically for church groups bringing elementary-age children together for a full week of worship, Bible study, recreation, and community. For families in and around Mansfield, it is a chance to send their child somewhere intentional during the summer months, surrounded by leaders they already know and trust.

This year’s camp at Brewton Parker College will feature Camp Pastor Justin Cabit and Worship Leaders Charlie and Isaac. The cost is $300 per child, and families who have already registered can log into the church’s registration portal to complete medical forms and release information.

What to Expect at Centri-Kid

The week is structured to keep kids engaged from morning to evening. Each day includes group worship, age-appropriate Bible study, recreation, and track activities, all designed with the interests and learning styles of younger children in mind. Centri-Kid camp’s format gives kids time to build friendships with peers from their own church while also connecting with others from congregations across the region.

For Mansfield Baptist Church, it is also an opportunity to extend the relationships built on Sunday mornings into a shared experience outside of the regular church calendar.

A Word From the Church

“We are so glad to offer this to families in our church and in our community,” said a Mansfield Baptist ministry leader. “Centri-Kid gives kids a week where faith is at the center of everything, and we believe that kind of experience sticks with them. We also need chaperones, so we would love for adults in our church to come alongside these kids and serve.”

Spots are available for children in 2nd through 5th grade. Families can register through the Mansfield Baptist Church online portal or contact the church for more information. Completing medical forms and release paperwork will be required before camp.
