ACORE CAPITAL Launches Wealth Solutions Platform, Appoints Industry Veteran Mick Manning to Lead

ACORE CAPITAL, a leading U.S. commercial real estate investment manager, today announced the launch of ACORE CAPITAL Wealth Solutions (ACWS), a dedicated platform designed to provide financial advisors and their clients with access to institutional-quality commercial real estate investment strategies. ACWS will bring ACORE’s deep real estate credit underwriting expertise, as well as the firm’s experience owning and operating properties, across both credit and select equity investment offerings to high-net-worth investors.

To lead the platform, ACORE has appointed Mick Manning as President of ACWS. A capital markets veteran with more than three decades of experience building and scaling wealth channel distribution businesses, Manning will oversee the platform’s strategy, product development, and distribution.

Built upon the same investment philosophy and market expertise that have defined ACORE since its founding in 2015, ACWS will provide investment solutions designed to meet the growing demand among high-net-worth investors for durable income, diversification, downside protection and tax-efficient real estate exposure.

“Launching ACORE CAPITAL Wealth Solutions is a natural extension of the platform we have built over the past decade,” said Warren de Haan, Chief Executive Officer of ACORE CAPITAL. “We continue to see meaningful opportunity and deal flow across our business and expanding into this growing investor channel enables us to invest additional capital which will deepen our already strong relationships with the borrowing community for the benefit of all our investors. We are thrilled to have an executive of Mick’s caliber leading it. Our goal is to extend the same relationships, underwriting expertise and asset management capabilities to this important new audience.”

Manning joins ACORE from Apollo’s Bridge Investment Group, where he served as Managing Director, Head of National Sales within the Client Solutions Group leading distribution to RIAs and broker-dealers. He previously served as Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets at Forum Investment Group in Denver, and before that as CEO of KBS Capital Markets Group and Pacific Oak Capital Markets.

“Advisors and their clients are looking for access to the high-quality private real estate investment managers that institutional investors already trust, with a cycle-tested record. ACORE is just that,” said Mick Manning. “I’ve spent my career building wealth channel businesses, and I’m excited to join ACORE to bring its experience and discipline to the wealth channel.”

Despite growing investor interest in private markets, individual investors remain under allocated to commercial real estate and private real estate credit relative to institutional investors. This gap is particularly acute among today’s wealthiest individuals, whose net worth is often concentrated in a single, illiquid asset. ACWS will address this imbalance with strategies designed to convert concentrated holdings into diversified, income-producing and tax-efficient investments.
